Corey Horton / President

Corey has over fifteen years of experience working in various aspects of the IT industry. He has worked as a software developer, web developer, network administrator, systems engineer, IT manager, data center manager and project manager. He has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. He is the founder of Horton Media Group, Inc. and is also the founder of Capitol Data Solutions, Inc.,  one of the most respected  providers of professional IT services in the DC Metro area.

Shown Swangin/ Managing Partner / Web Project Coordinator

Shown has over ten years of experience in public relations and project management. She has worked in the non- profit, for-profit and government sectors. She has served as a project manager, web content manager, standards compliance coordinator, and internet /intranet designer. Her specialties are coordinating projects, client communications and juggling complex schedules and deadlines while focusing on stellar results.

Technical Team

Developers/Web Designers/Graphic Artists

Our developers have years of experience working in various aspects of web design, graphic design, software development and database development. Each member is fluent in multiple scripting languages and able to speak with clients in layman's terms. They manage web projects from the initial meeting with our clients through delivery. We support what we build. So after your project is delivered, our staff will continue to provide maintenance at whatever level you require. Our staff is based in the United States. We do not outsource our projects overseas.
